Pedro Sors<\/a>, who has served as the company’s CEO since founding the business and who has played an instrumental role in its success, will transition to the role of Strategic Advisor. The Board of Directors has named Andres Restrepo<\/a> as Interim CEO, effective immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his new capacity as Strategic Advisor, Pedro Sors<\/a> will continue to offer his deep industry expertise and strategic guidance, ensuring a smooth transition and advancing AFG\u2019s strategic initiatives, helping to drive the execution of its long-term vision and goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
