Jochen Timm, the director of DHL’s flight crew training program, spoke with us. He described how handy it is for their airline’s training sessions to be held at AFG Madrid.
“DHL-EAT is pleased to collaborate with AFG because both the A330 FFS and the training center are cutting-edge. Additionally, the location and its surroundings are accessible and quite convenient for us. Last but not least, we would want to express our gratitude and satisfaction to the operator who constantly makes an effort to meet our requirements while being polite and very customer-focused.”
If you ask him what he likes most about working with us, he doesn’t hesitate:
“AFG’s staff are kind, approachable, and very competent. This makes a significant contribution to the successful training of our A330 flight crew in accordance with both our demands and regulatory standards. Additionally, because of the training center’s proximity to the airport and its location, DHL-EAT is not dependent on commercial aircraft. We benefit from AFG’s clear focus on their clients’ needs and ability to adjust once they have been established.”
We consider it an honor to have DHL-EAT here with us, and will keep working hard to provide the finest service possible.
